Arizona Gov. Jan Brewer (R) greeted President Barack Obama at the airport in Phoenix ahead of a speech on housing and the economy Tuesday, but the meeting was nothing like the infamous tarmac tiff that generated national headlines in January of 2012.

Brewer and the president had what “looked like a friendly chat,” according to a White House pool report.

The Arizona governor, who recently bucked her party and become one of the few Republican governors to accept the Medicaid expansion under the Affordable Care Act, tweeted shortly after about the meeting:
