Rep. Peter King (R-NY) on Tuesday offered a grim warning via Twitter to those who plan to vote against a relief package for victims of Hurricane Sandy, saying he will keep those members of Congress in his “memory bank.”

King has not minced words during the debate over Sandy aid, blasting his fellow Republicans two weeks ago when a vote on an initial $9.7 billion relief bill was delayed in the House of Represenatives.
