At her weekly Capitol briefing Thursday, House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi expressed confidence that President Obama’s health care law will be upheld.

“I still feel pretty confident about it,” she said. “And this game is not over.”

Pelosi acknowledged that she hasn’t discussed contingencies with the White House if the Court strikes the individual mandate (and possibly other pieces of the law). But she said she has confident that the Solicitor General’s arguments will win the day.
