Paul Ryan Holds Moment Of Silence At Campaign Rally

Paul Ryan began a rally in De Pere, Wis., Wednesday with a moment of for the four Americans killed in Libya Tuesday. 

“This is outrageous,” Ryan said. “Our hearts are heavy.” 

Ryan led the crowd in a brief moment of silence for the victims before launching into his stump speech, which focused primarily on the economy.
