Paul Ryan picked up the out-of-context “you didn’t build that” attack on President Obama in his first speech as Mitt Romney’s running mate Saturday.

“I’m proud to stand with a man who understands what it takes to foster job creation in our economy,” Ryan said, referring to Romney. “Somebody who knows from experience that if you have a small buisness, you did build that.”

The line was met with big cheers.
