Only Republican Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas voted against a bill striking the word “lunatic” from federal law Wednesday, the Hill reports

Not only should the term remain in federal law, Gohmert is quoted saying, “but we should also use the term to identify those who want to continue doing business as usual around this town.”

The bill passed the Senate without opposition in May and now heads to President Obama’s desk.
