The Obama campaign released a video Thursday morning tying Mitt Romney to GOP Indiana Senate candidate Richard Mourdock, who said in a debate Tuesday that if a woman gets pregnant from a rape, it’s God’s will. The video also connects Mourdock’s position on abortion to Romney’s running mate Paul Ryan’s own views. With 12 days left, Team Obama is not letting up on attacking Romney over the episode.

The video shows Mourdock’s debate remarks as well as a clip of Ryan saying “the method of conception doesn’t change the definition of life.” The video then says that Romney’s plan is to “promote the extremists.”

So far, Mitt Romney has not un-endorsed Mourdock or asked him to take down an pro-Mourdock ad featuring Romney.
