Obama: U.S. Can’t ‘Rush For The Exits’ In Afghanistan

President Obama, in an interview with a CBS affiliate, said the massacre of 16 civilians in Afghanistan — nine of them children — allegedly by a U.S. soldier is “terrible” but the U.S. cannot “rush for the exits.” 

The incident makes Obama “more determined” to bring the troops home, though, he said. “It’s time. It’s been a decade.” Watch an excerpt of the interview below:
