President Barack Obama on Wednesday is scheduled to head to Boston for a speech on the Affordable Care Act, and he is expected to make reference to a certain former GOP presidential nominee’s influence on the law.

Obama is expected to deliver remarks on the health care law at 3:55 p.m. ET at Faneuil Hall. In the evening, he will speak at an event for the Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee, one of several fundraisers Obama will headline over the course of the next month.

According to the White House, Obama will make note of the 2006 Massachusetts health care law, a model for the Affordable Care Act that passed under then-Gov. Mitt Romney.
