President Barack Obama is slated to hold a bilateral meeting with King Mohammed VI of Morocco on Friday, the White House said. 

The meeting is scheduled to take place in the Oval Office at 2:40 p.m. ET. The leaders are expected to discuss increasing cooperation on regional challenges, including “countering violent extremism, supporting democratic transitions, and promoting economic development in the Middle East and Africa,” according to the White House.
