Obama On Jobs Report: ‘We Have Made Real Progress’

President Obama on Friday played up this morning’s jobs report showing the economy created 171,000 jobs in October, saying it it was just another indictation of America in recovery.

“This morning we learned that companies hired more workers in October than any time in the last eight months,” Obama told supporters at a campaign event in Hillard, Ohio. “The american auto industry is back too. Home values and housingn construction is on the rise.”

“We have made real progress,” Obama added. “But we are here today because we know we’ve got more work to do.”
