President Obama continued to push populist economic themes at this second campaign appearance on Saturday, speaking to a reported crowd of 8,000 supporters at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va.

After espousing the merits of America’s economic system as “one of the greatest forces for progress in human history,” Obama cautioned that there are limits. “The free market’s never been license to take whatever you want, however you can get it,” he said. “We have to have an America where everyone has a equal shot.”
