Obama ‘Genuinely Conflicted’ Between Rice And Kerry At State

President Obama remains “genuinely conflicted” between the choice of U.N. Ambassador Susan Rice and Sen. John Kerry (D-MA) in replacing Hillary Clinton as secretary of state, senior administration aides tell the National Journal. The announcement could come as early as next week.
