Obama: Congress ‘Did The Right Thing’ Passing Payroll Tax Cut

President Obama at Boeing in Washington said Congress “did the right thing” in passing the payroll tax cut extension. But the payroll tax cut is “just the start,” he said. The country now needs to focus on making sure everyone has an equal opportunity to be successful, Obama said, and promiting  American manufacturing.

“I want us to make stuff,” Obama said. “I want us to sell stuff.”
