In a video to supporters Tuesday, President Barack Obama addressed the glitches that have beset the launch of HealthCare.gov while offering assurances that the problems will be resolved.

The video, reported by The Huffington Post’s Sam Stein, was made to volunteers for Organizing for Action, the nonprofit born from Obama’s campaign arm.

“By now you have probably heard that the website has not worked as smoothly as it was supposed to,” Obama said. “But we have people working overtime in a tech surge to boost capacity and address the problems. And we are going to get it fixed. It is important to remember though that the Affordable Care Act is much more than a website.”
