North Korea released a propaganda video earlier this week showing flames superimposed on footage of President Obama and American troops. According to the New York Times, the video, uploaded on the official official uriminzokkiri site, is called, “Thanks to the Americans.”

Text on the video read, according to the Times: “It is not incorrect to say that the United States’ gangster-like policy of hostility prompted us to become a most strong military power. Thus it can be said that it was ‘thanks to’ the Americans that we conducted a nuclear test.”

The video ends with an illustration of a nuclear device exploding, a nod to the country’s recent nuclear test.

A North Korea video released earlier this month used images from the “Call of Duty” video game and the song “We are the World” to imagine Manhattan in flames.
