Iran and the six world powers currently discussing Iranian nuclear ambitions have failed to make any progress during the second day of talks in Moscow, says AFP. Both sides maintained their respective positions, which have remained the same since talks ended in Baghdad last month. According to a member of the Iranian delegation, “We believe we are at a crossroads. And today the opposite side has to choose a path.”

The discussions lasted approximately four hours, coming after Iran held bilateral discussions with Russia. Despite the recent events surrounding Syria, Russia and the West remained allied in demanding that Iran maintain uranium enrichment levels at or below 20 percent.
