Some in the crowd at an undecided candidate forum in South Carolina saturday night were unhappy when Newt Gingrich tried to take another swipe at Mitt Romney’s time at Bain Capital.
“Gov. Romney ran saying he created a 100,000 jobs in the private sector,” Gingrich began when asked by a questioner to defend his attacks.
Members of the crowd booed, and Gingrich changed tack. The audience was told before the event began by host Mike Huckabee that attacks on other candidates would not be allowed.
