CNN reports with new exclusive numbers from the election office in Hamilton County (Cincinnati), Ohio — with good news for Mitt Romney.
With 99% of precincts in the county now reporting, Romney has 38,116, to Santorum’s 22,785 votes, a 15,331-vote margin for Romney.
The latest reported Associated Press totals for the county, however, were only78% percent, with a 10,630-vote margin for Romney — thus providing a 4,701-vote boost to Romney.
With Santorum by only just 2,272 votes in the AP count, these new figures on their own would put Romney ahead. So are there any numbers in the rest of the state for Santorum?
