Rick Perry has a new ad up in Iowa Thursday, hammering on the theme of a part-time Congress. Like in previous ads, Perry builds on the idea that Congress is the problem. An announcer begins the ad by saying that picking former Congress-members Santorum, Bachmann, Gingrich, or Paul to fix Washington would be like asking a Fox to guard a henhouse.
