Today, Romney’s campaign announced the endorsement of the president of the New Hampshire Senate, Peter Bragdon. Making the announcement, Bragdon cited Romney’s economic experience, then stressed that he was “clearly the strongest candidate to take on President Obama in 2012.”

The Bragdon endorsement is a big get for Romney. Bragdon endorsed John McCain in 2000 as well as 2008, when Romney finished second in New Hampshire. According to the Union Leader, Bragdon said in 2007/2008 that he was “not uncomfortable” with Romney.
