NBC News Acquires Full Control Of MSNBC.com From Microsoft

NBC News on Sunday acquired full control of its website, msnbc.com, making its split from Microsoft official. 

Microsoft, which had a 50 percent stake in msnbc.com, will receive about $300 million for its stake, the New York Times reports.
