A Virginia man pleaded guilty Thursday to selling stolen military smoke grenades, gas masks, and 200 rounds of ammunition while he was an active duty Navy SEAL, according to The Norfolk Virginian-Pilot.

Court records indicate that Naval Criminal Investigative Service agents first noticed last year that David Becker, 24, was offering the grenades for sale at an outdoor equipment auction. The agents later set up a sting operation, and purchased the grenades, gas masks, and ammunition from Becker.

Becker is scheduled to be sentenced May 9.
