Nate Silver, the statistics wizard and blogger for the New York Times Five Thirty Eight section, on Tuesday hosted an “ask me anything,” or “IaMa” thread on the website Reddit, a forum where the website’s users (“Redditors”) post questions for a specific notable speaker who answers whichever ones he or she sees fit.

At the time of this post, Silver had just begun to solicit questions.

Reddit’s IaMa section was visited by President Obama in August 2012, the first sitting President to participate in that online Q-and-A forum.
