A video reportedly posted on North Korea’s state media outlets uses images from the video game “Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3” over an instrumental version of “We are the World” to imagine Manhattan in flames.

The video opens with a man sleeping and references riding on a future version of the rocket North Korea recently launched, according to the New York Times. Over the scenes of New York from the video game, the man says: “Meanwhile, I see black smoke rising somewhere in America. It appears that the headquarters of evil, which has had a habit of using force and unilateralism and committing wars of aggression, is going up in flames it itself has ignited.”
