Protestors and activists filled up Michigan’s capital Tuesday ahead of an expected vote on right-to-work legislation, according to the Detroit Free Press. Meanwhile, 10,000 people are expected to gather outside the capital in what could be the largest public protest in the state capital’s history.
The House session has started and the Capitol has been closed because it has reached capacity. Insp. Gene Adamczyk of the Michigan State Police announced the Capitol was “way over capacity,” then said police decided to let 100 more people in, but control entry closely.
