During a tour of the U.S.-Mexico border in Nogales, Az. on Wednesday, Sen. John McCain happened to witness a woman climb an 18 ft. tall border fence in an attempt to cross the border.

Sens. Jeff Flake (R-AZ), Chuck Schumer (D-NY) and Michael Bennet (D-CO) joined McCain on the trip, all members of the so-called Gang of Eight tasked with immigration reform in the Senate.
