Sen. Marco Rubio (R-FL), a potential 2016 challenger for the White House, had a notable exchange with another possible contender for the presidency on Wednesday, Secretary of State Hillary Clinton.
Clinton testified about the deadly attack in Benghazi, Libya before the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, upon which Rubio serves.
“Before the attack in Benghazi, what have we done specifically for to help them build their security capacity?” Rubio asked.
“Well there’s a long list and I’d be happy to provide that to you because it is filled with training, with equipment, with the kind of planning that they had not done before and I’d be happy to send you the detail on that, senator,” Clinton responded.
