Indiana Sen. Dick Lugar and his challenger in the Republican primary, state Treasurer Richard Mourdock, both appeared Monday night in Fort Wayne at the Allen County GOP dinner, as the two head toward the primary next Tuesday.
The event was the first time in nearly three weeks that the two candidates have been in the same room together, after the only debate between them in April.
