Career-focused social network LinkedIn on Tuesday unveiled a new look and new features for the profile pages of its 175 million users. The new profile is more visually heavy, and includes an automatically generated infographic representing “profile strength,” and Google Plus-like circle graphics showing the number of a user’s connections across their various different networks, such as their company or school.
The “activity” section, which shows all the recent updates made by a user’s connections, has also been moved from the right side of the profile to a spot directly below the profile header and image. You can sign-up for the new profile and see an example at LinkedIn here and in a screenshot below:
