Republican presidential candidate and Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) appeared on “Fox & Friends” Tuesday and criticized fellow GOP hopeful Donald Trump’s immigration plan, calling it “illegal” and “stupid.”
Trump’s immigration plan includes building a wall between the United States and Mexico, deporting those living illegally in the country, and stopping a federal practice that automatically allows citizenship to those born in the U.S.
“Well, Donald Trump’s plan on immigration is stupid,” Graham said on the news program. “It’s illegal.”
Graham said Trump would get “creamed in court” if he tried to deport children who are U.S. citizens because they were born in the country.
“Most Hispanics find him offensive,” Graham added. “I find him offensive.”
