Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-SC) took to Twitter to reflect on the Trump-Putin presser Monday, when President Donald Trump did not denounce Russian President Vladimir Putin for Russians’ proven tampering in the 2016 U.S. election. Graham called the press conference a “missed opportunity.”

Graham is an occasional critic of Trump and is not up for reelection until 2020.
