The AP reports that military Judge Col. Denise Lind refused to dismiss any of the 22 charges brought against Bradley Manning, the Army private charged with sending documents to WikiLeaks. Manning’s trial has also been postponed due to procedural delays, and will begin in either November or January.

Manning, who is also charged with knowingly aiding al-Qaeda in the Arabian Peninsula, has not entered a plea on any of the charges. He faces the possibility of life imprisonment, and has been held in pre-trial confinement since May 2010.
