Antivirus pioneer John McAfee published a post on his blog Wednesday afternoon saying he was on a plane back to the U.S., per earlier reports he’d been freed from a cell in Guatemala by a judge’s order and was being deported back to his home country. McAfee’s post indicated that he’s not happy about how the transition is going though, stating that he has been separated from his traveling companion and lover Samantha “Sam” Vanegas. The post, titled “i am on the plane:” reads:
I have been forcibly separated from sam
Amy is with her

McAfee earlier called into Bloomberg TV (audio stream below) and stated he was being “expelled” from the country and headed back to Miami.
