Missouri Gov. Jay Nixon is expected to address the security protocols that will be implemented in preparation of the decision about whether to charge Ferguson police officer Darren Wilson.

Wilson was the officer who shot and killed black unarmed teenager Michael Brown in August.

Nixon is expected to speak at 3 p.m. ET.
