James O’Keefe’s Project Veritas released a new video on Tuesday intended to show why third party voter registration drives like those run by the League of Women Voters should be illegal.

“After visiting five-voter registration offices, Project Veritas’ investigators were provided with dozens of voter-registration applications that simply had to be mailed back with no identification, notarization, or other means of verification,” O’Keefe wrote in an email to supporters titled “Can Tim Tebow and Tom Brady register to vote in Minnesota?”

This time O’Keefe’s investigators appear to be simply inquiring about voter registration process rather than obtaining ballots on behalf of others, meaning they’re staying away from using the techniques that caused experts to tell TPM they could face criminal charges.
