The Huffington Post named Jimmy Maymann, formerly a senior vice president at AOL, its CEO on Thursday. The Huffington Post said in a release:
Maymann will continue to oversee international growth while also developing strategies to increase traffic and revenue growth internationally and domestically, both for the Huffington Post and for its 12-hour-a-day streaming network, HuffPost Live. Maymann will report to Arianna Huffington, president and editor-in-chief, and now also chair of the Huffington Post Media Group, who made the announcement today.
