House Approves Civil Holder Contempt Resolution

Following the vote to find Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt of Congress on Thursday afternoon, the House passed a motion to file a civil suit requiring him to comply with the subpoena. The resolution passed by a vote of 258-95, with five voting present. There were 21 Democrats who voted in favor of the resolution.
