Google executive chairman Eric Schmidt foregoes his company’s Android mobile phones and instead uses a Blackberry, The Guardian reported Thursday. Schmidt revealed the news in an interview with Guardian editor-in-chief Alan Rusbridger.
Schmidt said he likes the Blackberry’s keyboard. He also weighed in on Apple’s newest tablet, the iPad mini:
What’s more, he thinks that Apple’s iPad mini – the “small tablet” format that Google and Amazon have both made popular through their Nexus and Kindle Fire offerings – is “too small” compared to the large-format iPad.
