First came the dazzling photos. Now Google has posted a short video filmed using a prototype version of its high-tech glasses, known as Project Glass. The video, which Google posted on its Google Plus social network Wednesday along with a gallery of photos taken using the glasses, is from the point-of-view of a Google engineer doing flips on a trampoline.
“This one makes us a little queasy, but our prototype nailed what it’s like to be on a trampoline,” read a Google statement posted along with the video.
Google has not yet released any concrete details about the availability of the glasses, which besides allowing users to take photos and video, are also expected to be able to layer digital information in front of the wearer’s eyes that corresponds to what a user is looking at in the physical world.
