Newt Gingrich, taking calls from C-SPAN viewers, said running for president is a “bigger challenge than I thought it would be.” On the one hand, a candidate has to raise money, on the other hand, he has to give speeches, Gingrich said.

Still, he called the process “exhilarating.”
