Gingrich Regrets Negative Comments, Will Stay Positive

Asked about negative quips he aimed at Romney in the last debate, Gingrich said in a conversation with the Des Moines Register that he regrets them. He regrets, for example, saying to Romney that he would be a career politician if he hadn’t lost to Teddy Kennedy. “It was too good an opportunity,” says Newt.

Gingrich continued, my opponents “negative junk..it’s so discordant with the spirit of Christmas.”
