Senate hopeful George Allen is reserving millions in TV time between Labor Day and the November 6 election, reports Politico.
One source close to the Allen campaign said that when all is said and done, Allen will have reserved a little over $3 million in TV time between Labor Day and the November election. Allen is also reserving several hundred thousand dollars’ worth of time for ads over the summer, starting July 2.
Allen’s rival, former Virginia Gov. Tim Kaine, has already purchased $2.5 million in airtime for the fall.
