Former United Nations ambassador John Bolton used two mediums last night to throw his support behind Mitt Romney.
First, Bolton told Greta Van Susteren on Fox News that Romney is the candidate best equipped to “articulate our conservative principles.” Bolton then took to Twitter to reiterate his belief that Romney represents the candidate most likely to defeat President Barack Obama.
The news is a blow to Newt Gingrich, who previously indicated that he would tap Bolton to serve as Secretary of Defense if elected.
