An FBI agent who launched an investigation that led to the discovery of an affair between ex-CIA Director David Petraeus and his biographer was barred from the inquiry over concerns he was getting too personally involved in the case, the Wall Street Journal reports. The agent allegedly sent shirtless photos of himself to Jill Kelley, a Florida woman who received threatening emails from Broadwell that led to the probe.
