The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency on Tuesday published a YouTube video supporting lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender youth as part of the White House’s broader participation in the “It Gets Better,” project founded by sex columnist Dan Savage in response to suicides of gay teens due to bullying and discrimination.

The video, which features testimonial from EPA staffers who identify as lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender, is introduced by outgoing EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson. Watch it in its entirety below or on YouTube.
