Massachusetts Democratic Senate candidate Elizabeth Warren has agreed to four televised debates with the incumbent, Sen. Scott Brown (R-MA), per a campaign release. She has formally accepted two invitations, one with a consortium of S;ringfield media outlets and one with WBZ-TV in Boston.

“It is of paramount importance that the people of Massachusetts be able to hear from both candidates for U.S. Senate,” said Mindy Myers, Warren’s campaign manager. “Televised debates will allow voters across the state to hear about the issues from both candidates and see the clear contrast between them.”
