GOP frontrunner Donald Trump won the Republican primary in Connecticut on Tuesday, according to projections from CNN and Fox News.

The boisterous New York businessman has been campaigning hard in the state over the last few days, assuring crowds that he has no intention of “toning it down” as the GOP convention draws closer.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich (R) also held several campaign events across the Constitution State in the last few weeks, telling voters that he did not expect to win but was looking to woo delegates. Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) made no appearances in the state ahead of the primary, but opened a campaign headquarters in the town of Ellington over the weekend.

Connecticut’s 28 delegates are awarded proportionally.
