A 43-page document obtained and reported by the Dallas Morning News on Thursday details a joint-use arrangement between the George W. Bush Foundation and the National Archives and Records Administration when it comes to running the 43rd president’s library and museum at Southern Methodist University. 

The document revealed that the foundation will continue to dispense input on the center’s exhibits and education programming even after the federal government begins overseeing the facility, according to the Morning News.
