Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT) on Tuesday blasted the NRA’s new target practice app as “insensitive.”
“Who are these people?” she said on MSNBC. “How could they be so insensitive as to not understand the weight of what they are doing? And target practice, for starting at age 4, and shooting at coffins. Do they not understand what happened in Sandy Hook?”
The NRA’s app was released for Apple devices on Sunday, the eve of the one-month anniversary of the Newtown, Conn., massacre. It received a 4+ rating in the App Store, meaning it contains “no objectionable material.”
